Opening hours - in town in general

Banks ('Bank'), post office ('Posthus'), pharmacies ('Apotek'): Weekdays 10am-4pm, though Thursday until 5.30pm. Some pharmacies are open Saturdays 10am-12 noon, and there is an emergency pharmacy 'Løve Apoteket' aarhus-loeve.dk at Store Torv which is open 24-7.

Retail shops: weekdays 10am-5.30pm, Sat. 10am-2pm

Grocery stores: The most common grocery stores in Aarhus are called: Netto, Føtex, Kvickly, Brugsen, Lidl, Fakta, Løvbjerg, Rema1000 and Bilka. Each store will have their own homepage, where you can find information on opening hours.

Big shops/shopping centers: Monday-Friday 9am-7pm, Saturdays and the first Sunday of each month 10am-5pm. Some smaller grocery stores are also open on Sundays.
